[Newsroad] Hydrogen-specialized company Hogreen Air announced that it has been selected as a

“2025 ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Excellent Company”, achieving an overall Grade 3 in the ESG certification assessment.

The ESG Excellent Company certification is a key indicator of sustainable management,
comprehensively evaluating corporate performance across three areas: Environment (E), Social (S), and Governance (G).
The rating system ranges from Grade 1 to Grade 5, with companies receiving Grade 3 or higher classified as “Excellent”
serving as a trusted benchmark for public procurement bidding, government policy support, and investment attraction.

In the 2025 evaluation, Hogreen Air received Grade 4 in Environment, Grade 3 in Social, and Grade 3 in Governance, resulting in an overall Grade 3 rating.
This marks the company’s third consecutive year of ESG certification, following Grade 4 ratings in both 2023 and 2024. Notably,
the upgrade from Grade 4 to Grade 3 this year demonstrates a clear enhancement in Hogreen Air’s sustainable management capabilities.

In particular, Hogreen Air was recognized for its significant improvements in the Social and Governance categories.
Centered around its dedicated ESG task force, the company has continuously implemented practical institutional improvements,
including enhancing transparency in internal decision-making processes, strengthening ethical management guidelines,
and establishing structured stakeholder communication systems. These efforts played a decisive role in the company’s rating upgrade.

Building on this ESG certification, Hogreen Air plans to further expand business opportunities across the eco-friendly industry,
including supplying products to public institutions, registering innovative products with the Public Procurement Service, and expanding private-sector partnerships.
In parallel, the company will pursue follow-up initiatives to internalize ESG practices, such as publishing a sustainability management report, expanding its ESG-dedicated organization, and establishing an ESG supply chain management system.

Hong Seong-ho, CEO of Hogreen Air, stated:

“ESG is not merely a corporate evaluation metric, but a compass that indicates the direction companies must take in the future.
Hogreen Air is growing into a sustainable enterprise for people and the environment by innovating both technology and management, and this certification is a meaningful recognition of those efforts.”

He added:

“As a responsible hydrogen company, we will continue to take the lead in realizing ESG values.”

Meanwhile, Hogreen Air possesses a wide range of eco-friendly technologies that integrate unmanned mobility and energy solutions,

including long-endurance hydrogen fuel cell–powered drones, as well as mobile and stationary hydrogen fuel cell power generation systems.

In addition, the company has established an energy self-sufficiency structure based on an in-house power circulation system at its manufacturing facilities,

contributing to carbon emission reduction. By achieving both energy efficiency improvements and carbon reduction, Hogreen Air is gaining attention as a leading ESG model company.
