Drone integrated solutions specialist, Hogreen Air, announced on the 5th that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Capturing Reality, a Slovakian expert in 3D modeling. Under this agreement, Hogreen Air will serve as the domestic distributor for Capturing Reality's software, aiming to supply solutions for facility and cultural heritage management.

Capturing Reality specializes in developing photogrammetry software, utilizing the technique of creating 3D models through image-based or laser scanning methods. Their technology automatically generates maps, various measurements, and virtual reality (VR) scenes.

Hogreen Air plans to combine Capturing Reality's 3D modeling technology with its own developed air-cooled hydrogen fuel cell modules adopted in drones. This collaboration aims to provide rapid and precise modeling solutions for 3D mapping, facility safety assessments, cultural heritage management, and more. The partnership will also extend to the creation of augmented reality (AR) navigation, with plans to enter the automotive market.

CEO Hong Seong-ho mentioned, "Capturing Reality was recently acquired by the globally recognized game engine development company, Epic Games. They are not only advancing in the drone solutions but also venturing into the gaming industry in the future."
