Intelligent Energy participated in the '2021 H2 MOBILITY+ENERGY SHOW' held at KINTEX 9 Hall in Ilsan from September 8th to 11th.

With a foundation in PEM fuel cell development for over 30 years, Intelligent Energy focuses on the development and commercialization of PEM fuel cell technology for various markets, including automotive, stationary power, and UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles). Headquartered in the UK, the company has branches in the US, Japan, China, and Korea.

The showcased products at this exhibition include PEMFCs for drones and power generation. Based on stacking technology, these fuel cells offer a compact size with high output compared to other fuel cells, featuring a diverse lineup with outputs of 650W, 800W, and 2.4kW. These modules can be interconnected to provide higher output as per user requirements.

The power generation PEMFC is an independent power solution that provides environmentally friendly DC power with high power density and a convenient package containing all necessary Balance of Plant (BoP) components. The modular devices, with their compact size, can supply power for a wide range of electrical demands, making them suitable for various customer needs.

Choi Hojin, a representative from their Korean partner, Hogreen Air, stated, "While we have achieved small-scale power generation so far, we plan to challenge larger-scale power generation, reaching up to 100, 150, and 250 kW in the future." He added, "We are focusing on deploying development resources to collaborate with companies like Boeing and Airbus in the development of low-carbon passenger aircraft powered by clean energy."
