Currently, the drone can achieve flight durations of up to 90 minutes, and once liquid hydrogen technology is commercialized, the flight time is expected to extend to up to 180 minutes.
Thanks to its long-endurance capability, the drone can be applied across a wide range of industries, including GOP border fence surveillance,
wildfire detection, missing-person searches (with facial recognition), people counting, oil leak detection, and structural crack monitoring.
Over the past three years, the company has maintained stable revenue, recording KRW 2.6 billion in 2021, KRW 3.1 billion in 2022,
KRW 2.9 billion in 2023, and KRW 2.8 billion in 2024, sustaining an annual average of approximately KRW 2.9–3.1 billion.
This steady growth is underpinned by continuous investment in research and development.
Out of its total workforce of 18 employees, more than half—10 engineers—are dedicated to the company’s in-house R&D center, focusing on advanced technology development.
As a result of these efforts, Hogreen Air possesses a broad portfolio of core technologies, including:
Drone airframe manufacturing technologies (compressed hydrogen and liquid hydrogen drones)
LTE- and 5G-based drone control and communication technologies
Hydrogen fuel cell propulsion systems for drones
Hydrogen transfer technology using liquid hydrogen charging systems
Ground Control System (GCS) development technologies
The company is also expanding its market presence through the development of
hydrogen fuel cell power generation systems and hydrogen fuel cell–based EV charging systems.
Looking ahead, Hogreen Air aims to further expand its global market reach.
To achieve this, the company is analyzing high-demand markets in North America, Europe, and Asia, and developing customized strategies that reflect each region’s environmental policies and carbon neutrality regulations.
